Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to Shaft Lok Inc. quotes and orders. They are included with every quote we send.

1. Cancellation of this order will cost the client the 50% payment.
2. The design of this unit can only be disclosed to others with explicit written consent from the current owner, Sean Nigel.
3. No unit design changes will be accepted after order placement.
4. Milwaukee, Wisconsin will be the location for any legal disputes.
5. Full payment required to place an order.
6. Shaft Lok Incorporated retains confidential ownership of the design of the products. The design can only be disclosed to others with our explicit consent.
7. Ownership goes to the customer upon shipment.
8. Returns are not accepted due to the custom nature of the product.
9. Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
